Mulungushi University Seeks PPP Consultant for Student Accommodation Development

Mulungushi University has invited independent consultants to support the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of student accommodation at its Kabwe and Livingstone campuses under a public-private partnership model. The opportunity creates demand for feasibility studies, financial modelling, PPP advisory and project-management services; the consultancy budget has not been disclosed.
