Student Accommodation and Affordable Housing Projects Attract Funding

Property developers in Selangor, Johor and other university centres are targeting new development opportunities following the allocation of RM750,000,000 for purpose-built student accommodation through Projek Vista Kampus. Budget 2027 also includes housing financing guarantees of up to RM20,000,000,000 for eligible first-time homebuyers, supporting demand for residential development, student housing and property-related services.
